Onikusu Judo Club
At Onikusu Judo Club we practice the Olympic sport of Judo. Judo is the most practiced martial art in the world
and more countries compete in Judo in the Olympics than in any other sport. Both beginning and advanced students
are welcome to participate. We have classes to accomodate young children starting at 5 years old through adults.
Our United States Judo Federation certified black belt instructors will personally teach beginners the fundamentals of the sport. Advanced players will enjoy
our vigorous randori sessions with visiting national competitors and advanced club members.
Members are privileged to compete in local, national and even international competitions. Judo is truly
and international sport and is even more popular outside the United States. Students will learn, self discipline,
sportsmanship, perseverance and will get in the best shape of their life. Competition is not required but
students will train alongside top competitors.
Onikusu Judo Club is a non profit club organized in cooperation with the NAACP of Fort Lauderdale Florida. All instructors are
volunteers who participate simply because they love the sport of Judo.
